By submitting an order or booking a service with Tosh Experience LLC you agree to the terms below. Please read them before placing an order.
Tosh Experience LLC provides custom desserts, full event decoration, item rentals, balloon garlands, and paid consultations. All services are custom and made or arranged to order.
Most services begin with an inquiry form or quote request. Submitting an inquiry does not reserve your date. We review your request and follow up with pricing and availability. A payment link is sent only after we confirm we can take your order.
All prices are in US dollars. Texas state sales tax of 8.25% is added at checkout on taxable items. Tips are not taxed.
The $50 consultation fee is the only payment collected at submission. Everything else is invoiced after we review your request.
A $50 consultation fee (plus applicable sales tax) is required to book a paid consultation. This fee is non-refundable. It confirms your appointment and covers the time spent planning and advising, whether or not you proceed with a full booking.
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to hold your event date. The remaining balance is due 7 days before the event date.
If the balance is not received 7 days before the event, we reserve the right to cancel the booking. The deposit will not be refunded in that case. See our Services Agreement for the full cancellation and rescheduling policy.
Delivery and on-site setup are included for locations within 10 miles of our base. Travel fees apply for locations beyond 10 miles. The exact fee will be included in your quote.
All rental items remain the property of Tosh Experience LLC. Some rentals require a refundable damage deposit, which we disclose on your quote. The renter is responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of rental items from delivery until pickup. If items are returned damaged or not returned, we charge the repair or replacement cost, and may apply the damage deposit toward it. Any remaining deposit is refunded after the items are inspected.
Tosh Experience LLC may photograph its own work at your event for portfolio and social media use. If you do not want your event photographed, let us know in writing before the event date.
Our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid for those services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Texas law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation between you and us. If it cannot be resolved that way, it will be handled by the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas, and both parties consent to that venue.
