Privacy Policy

This page explains what information Tosh Experience LLC collects when you use our website or place an order, how we use it, and who else handles it on our behalf.

What we collect

• Your name, email address, and phone number, provided when you submit an order, rental request, consultation booking, or contact form.
• Event details such as date, venue, and guest count.
• Order contents including item selections, quantities, and customization notes.
• An inspiration image, if you choose to upload one.
• A standard IP address and browser identifier sent automatically by your browser with every request. We do not use this to build profiles.

How we use your information

• To process and fulfill your order or booking.
• To contact you about your order, quote, or scheduled service.
• To send order confirmations and payment receipts by email.

We do not use your information for advertising and we do not sell or rent it to anyone.

Payment processing

Payments are handled by Stripe. When you pay, your card details go directly to Stripe's servers. We never see or store your card number, expiration date, or security code. How Stripe handles payment data is described in Stripe's privacy policy.

Email delivery

Confirmation emails and notifications are sent through Resend. Your email address is shared with Resend only to deliver those messages.

Hosting and storage

• Website hosting: Vercel
• Customer data (orders, contacts, bookings): Turso, a hosted SQLite database
• Uploaded images: Vercel Blob storage

Each provider maintains its own security practices. We access your data only as needed to operate the business.

What we do not do

• Sell, rent, or share your information with advertisers or data brokers.
• Send unsolicited marketing emails. We only email you about your specific order or inquiry.
• Use ad-tracking scripts or cross-site retargeting.

How long we keep your data

We keep your order and contact information for up to three years after your event or most recent transaction, so we can support repeat orders and meet tax and business record requirements. After that, we delete or anonymize it unless the law requires us to keep it longer. You can request deletion sooner by emailing hello@toshexperience.com, and we will honor it except where we are required to retain records.

Your rights

You can ask us to share, correct, or delete the information we hold about you. Email hello@toshexperience.com with your request and we will respond within a reasonable time.
